Our Ethos

You will get to keep your photos. We won't ever try to charge you anything other than the quoted price for the service we provide. We will underpromise and overdeliver.  We won't ever tell Aunty Grace or Uncle Bob that we're the professionals and they should step aside.  We will do everything we can to make your wedding day the happy, joyful day that it should be, for you and your guests. We will capture the love between you and your fiance, your friends and family.

newcastle wedding photographerI became a wedding photographer by accident. A close friend was getting married and the wedding photographer she'd hired pulled out at the last minute. I'd never considered photography as a profession before that point - you're not supposed to enjoy your work, right? So I was asked to photograph my first wedding, and I loved it.

My friend was over the moon with her photos. And so was a workmate of hers that saw the photos, and she asked me to photograph her wedding.  And that's where it began.

I love wedding photography.  It is a passion instead of a business.

I love the biggest buzz I get when photographing two people who have that unspoken bond, that unspoken connection, on the day they tell the world, in front of all the people that they love and care about, that they want to be together forever.

And I like that people love what I do.

From a very young age, I have held a deep fascination for photography. It began watching my grandfather work in his makeshift darkroom, developing the films and exposing the prints, and has continued to grow ever since. I love nothing more than trawling back through old family albums and seeing how the people I love have grown and changed.  For 13 years I have been travelling and living abroad, studying at the Liverpool College, developing and expanding my photography skills.

To me, photography is so much more than a job, it is a passion, a love. The feeling of satisfaction when you know you’ve captured something incredible is a powerful, intoxicating thing!

Stepping into the world of weddings 5 years ago was a natural progression, but has been one of the best decisions I have made. Being able to share the most special day in two people’s lives is an absolute privilege. Seeing a couples happiness, knowing that something I've created will be cherished in their family for generations to come, is a wonderful and inspirational feeling. Being able to build a rapport with a couple is a unique experience, and it has been fabulous to continue those relationships by being able to photograph their growing families.

My goal for every wedding I photograph is to create the most beautiful photos I can. I love what I do, and hope to share it with you.
